Romey is the assistant built into Wiggle. It reads plain English, writes the records, and answers questions from your own data, so your system stays current without anyone typing into forms.
How it works
Type the way you would text a colleague: "Had a great call with Dana at Harbor Dental, she wants a quote by Friday." Romey finds Harbor Dental even if you spell it loosely, logs the call on their timeline, creates the follow-up task with the due date, and moves the deal forward. When a date or a company is genuinely missing, it asks one question instead of guessing.
What Romey can do
Search your companies, contacts and deals. Create and update companies and contacts, open deals and move them through each stage. Log calls, notes and meetings, create tasks with a due date and owner, and start a proposal draft linked to the right deal. Ask how the business is doing and Romey answers from your own records: pipeline trends, progress on your goals, your weekly numbers and, for people you trust with the money, what your payments and books show.
It asks before anything big
Everyday records happen as you type. Bigger changes, like marking a deal won or lost, completing a task or changing your business plan, show a preview and wait for your yes. Anything that would reach a customer or a public listing comes back as a draft for a person to approve, and Romey never sends email, posts, charges or deletes anything on its own.
Visible costs
Each workspace has a monthly allowance of AI help, shown as a simple percentage used, and every AI action is logged, so you always know what the assistant is doing.
