What is Wiggle BOS?
Wiggle is one system to run a small business. Customers, sales, proposals, marketing, projects, goals and weekly numbers live in one place, connected, with Romey, an AI assistant that understands all of it. Wiggle is built and run by Floof Digital LLC in Indiana.
Who is Wiggle for?
Start-ups and small to medium businesses. Founders use it to look bigger than they are and keep every conversation in one place from day one. Established teams use it to replace a patchwork of tools with one workspace, connected to the software they already keep.
How do I get started?
Wiggle is in early access. Request early access and we will set up your workspace with you. If you want a quick look first, the free Business Checkup needs no account.
How do I get help?
Email help@wigglebos.com, or use Send feedback inside Wiggle. You can check whether Wiggle is up on the system status page.

Open Deals and add one with its company, value and stage, or ask Romey, for example "Add a deal for a new website for Brightside, $4,800". Move it along the stages as it progresses.
In Wiggle: Deals
How do I add a contact?
Open Contacts & companies and add them, or ask Romey, for example "Add Sarah Lee at Brightside Dental". Their emails, calls and deals then collect on their timeline.

Romey
What does "AI help" mean?
Each time Romey or a draft button does work for you, it uses a little of your monthly AI help.
Will the AI do things without asking me?
Everyday records, like logging a call or creating a task, happen as you type. Bigger changes show a preview and wait for your yes. Anything that could reach a customer or a public listing arrives as a draft for a person to approve, and Romey never sends email, posts, charges or deletes anything on its own. Auto-sharing your own published blog posts is the one exception, and only if you switch it on.
How much AI help do I get?
Every workspace has a monthly allowance of AI help, shown as a simple percentage used, and every AI action is logged, so there are no surprise bills and no mystery automation.
What can Romey do?
Romey is the assistant inside Wiggle. Ask in plain words to find anything, add or update records, draft proposals and emails, or brief you on the week. Changes that matter wait for your yes, and Romey never sends or posts on its own.
In Wiggle: Romey
Connections
What does "Webhook" mean?
A way for Wiggle to tell another app when something happens. You only need it if a developer or a tool asks for it.
What does "API key" mean?
A password for another app to read or add to your Wiggle data. Treat it like a password.
Which tools does Wiggle connect to?
Microsoft 365, any email account by IMAP, Stripe, PayPal, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, OneDrive and Dropbox today, with QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Teams, Canva and DocuSign rolling out. You can bring your deals from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive exports. There are also webhooks and an API.
The Outlook add-in
How do I add Wiggle to Outlook?
In Outlook, open Get Add-ins (or Apps), search for Wiggle BOS and choose Add. Microsoft 365 admins can add it for everyone in the Microsoft 365 admin center, Settings, Integrated apps. Then open an email and choose Wiggle on the toolbar.
What does the Outlook add-in read?
Only the email you have open: who it is from and to, the subject and the message id, and the body only when you choose Log this email. It never reads the rest of your mailbox and never sends email.
What does "Log this email" do?
It files a copy of that one email in Wiggle on the right person, company and open deal. Only you can read the email itself; your team sees a line on the timeline with who, when and the subject.
How do I disconnect the Outlook add-in?
Choose Sign out at the bottom of the pane, or disconnect it in Wiggle under Settings, Connections, Your AI assistants and add-ins. Removing the add-in from Outlook stops it at once.
Your data and privacy
Who owns my data?
You do. The owner can export everything the business has entered, every file and every insight, at any time, in open, documented formats, on every plan, including after a subscription ends. We never hold your data back to keep you as a customer.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Our AI model providers process your workspace information only to answer the request, and under our agreements with them they do not use it to train their models. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what each AI feature sends.
Where is my data stored, and how is it protected?
Wiggle's database is hosted in the United States. Files and websites are stored with Cloudflare. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access inside every workspace is based on roles, and signed agreements and documents are kept in private storage.
How do I delete my account?
Email derek@floofdigital.com from the address on the account. We confirm the request, give you the chance to take a final export, delete the data within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
How do I download everything?
The owner can export the whole workspace from Settings: every record as JSON and CSV, the files you uploaded and your published websites. It works on every plan, even after a subscription ends.
