Mail, calendar and meetings
Microsoft 365 brings calendar awareness, Teams meeting links on bookings and read-only mail filing. Zoom turns a recorded meeting's transcript into notes, decisions and suggested follow-ups on the right deal, in beta. Calendly bookings become leads and meetings. Google Calendar and Gmail filing are rolling out.
Money
Wiggle reads your revenue from Stripe and PayPal without ever changing anything. Taking payments into your own Stripe account at proposal acceptance is rolling out, as are QuickBooks and Xero for reading your books and recording paid invoices, followed by Square.
Marketing and social
Post to your Facebook Page and Instagram. Mailchimp and Klaviyo add contacts to your list automatically, only when they have agreed to hear from you. LinkedIn Pages and Google Business Profile are rolling out.
Your team and everything else
Slack posts the moments that matter, such as a new lead, a won deal or a customer reply, to the channel you choose. Signed webhooks and a documented API let your own systems, or tools like Zapier and Make, listen in and add records.
What stays separate
Some tools should stay specialised, and Wiggle works alongside them: your accounting software, your office email and documents, card processing through Stripe, and your phone and texting.
